Today I'm sleeping on the beach. Well, almost... The beach itself, however, was too rocky, so I camped several meters further away, on a slightly friendlier ground.

And the first autumn anecdote goes like this...

I got here shortly before 6 pm, so I was convinced that this secluded place would be all mine. I pitched my tarp and went to bathe in the sea. I thought to myself: there's no one here anyway and there won't be, so why not to jump into the water naked, then at least I won't have to dry my pants? So I did it. Imagine my surprise when, while I was swimming carelessly, two walkers emerged from the thickets. A couple, precisely. I thought to myself: if they stop on the beach and start admiring the colour of the sea and such, I have a problem, because I have to get to the clothes and the towel somehow. Fortunately, they only greeted me from the shore and went further along the beach to look for an area for their tent. This gave me time to sneak out of the water and get to my stuff!

As you can see, you don't have to spend the night on a ridge in a tarp during a storm for the hike to become an adventure.
